The Formatic Cookie machine is able to handle a variety of cookie batters and doughs as well as meat and vegetable products with custom drums available, providing virtually endless shape/weight/size possibilities.
Overview
Able to handle a variety of doughs / batter including cookies, scones, biscuits, dog treats, granol bars, protein bars, meat/fish, veggie products and other baking and confectionary products.
Features the unique system of synchronized paddles to gently press the mixer into the required form shape. The product is then ejected, and with the aid of the wire drum scraper, it is peeled and dropped onto the conveyor for easy further processing or packaging.
With its interchangeable drums this machine handles a wide variety of shapes, thicknesses and cookie types.
- High Production Speed: The machine can easily produce thousands of cookies per hour (some models up to about 12,000 pieces per hour). This greatly increases productivity, especially when compared to making cookies by hand.
- Uniform Size and Shape Every cookie is formed with the same size, thickness and weight, giving consistent quality and appearance.
- Variety of Shapes The machine uses interchangeable drums or molds, allowing bakeries to produce many different cookie shapes or designs with one machine – almost any shape imaginable can be custom CNC on the drum. It is even possible to have multiple shapes on one drum.
- Handles Dough with particles (Inclusions) It can process dough containing chocolate chips, nuts, berries, and other particulates without damaging them. Note it is recommended to work with dried berries when it is desired to maintain the standard cookie color.
- Versatility: Besides cookies, it can also form biscuits, scones, granola bars, protein bars, and even pet treats – some clients successfully do veggie products including meatless patties, pierogi filling, potato products as well as fish products. Multiple hopper options include Straight Hopper, Funnel Hopper, Goose-neck for your different products, staffing and procedural needs. There are also different paddle styles available to accommodate an almost endless range of products.
