The very first bench model diving arm mixer with double arms to knead small quantities of dough from 0,5 – 8 kg (9 kg pannetone) product.

This professional grade mixer meets the needs of restaurants, pastry shops, R&D laboratories and micro bakeries.

This model is 5 speed, doing 30-70 strokes per minutes and features removable dividing arms for both the ease of removal from the mixer as well as easy cleaning.

This model features a 20 liter bowl for doughs raning 1 -9kg for high hydrated doughs such as panettone and pandoro.
