The Bread Bakers Guild of America
The Bread Bakers Guild of America is a non-profit alliance founded in 1993 that is dedicated to advancing the artisan baking profession. Its 1400 members are comprised of professional bakers, farmers, millers, suppliers, educators, students, home bakers, technical experts, and bakery owners and managers.
Society of Bakery Women (SBW)
Founded in 1998, the Society of Bakery Women provides networking opportunities for women in the baking industry. The Society also mentors milling and baking science students with career aspirations focused on the baking field.
Baking Association of Canada (BAC)
The Baking Association of Canada is a national trade association comprised of retail, in-store, and wholesale/commercial baking companies as well as the allied trades. It is governed by its members who serve on the Association’s board, manage provincial chapters, and participate in various committees.
